What does "Scruffy" mean?

I'm looking at some silver rounds and they have the word Scruffy in the title.
Any idea what that means?

Scratched up. No effect on bullion value but lacks "eye" appeal. Good value IMHO.

It means they are scratched or beat up a bit. The weight, purity, and value of the silver is just fine. They aren't works of art like a silver eagle or a lunar coin, which are meant to be enjoyed.
